Booking & Cancellation policy

Bookings & Arrival:

 

All bookings to be made no later than 3 hours before a session to ensure that each child / parent is catered for.

Bookings made later than this may still be accepted but recourses may be limited if The Beautiful Bear has not been made aware of the booking in time.

Please arrive to your booked session promptly, lead activities and woodland walks will start 30 mins into the session at the earliest. 

Late arrivals will still be expected to finish and leave at the set end time of your booking to allow preparation time for the next visitors.

Cancellation & Refunds

​

If you are unable to attend a session please inform us as soon as possible to allow for the space to be filled. 

​

Unfortunately The Beautiful Bear can NOT offer refunds for cancellations that are due to your own personal reasons i.e. common illness, travel complications other personal situations. 

​

The Beautiful Bear is NOT able to offer movement of your paid space to following sessions, any booked and paid for places will be lost if not attended. 

​

Refunds for Explore, Home ed, Twins and Nurture mums are only available should your session be cancelled by the venue due to unexpected situations out of our control i.e. Covid restrictions, extreme weather, government unrest or matters of health & safety.

​

All Antenatal / Parent classes will be moved online to allow for the paid sessions to continue.
